Introduction

This is some hot relish you can tone it down if you wish but we like it hot This is some hot relish you can tone it down if you wish but we like it hot

Ingredients

    2 qts (8 cups) Red and Green Peppers diced
    2 qts (8 cups) hot peppers (we cut this back to 1 qt and added another qt of red and green) diced
    2 qts (8 cups) onions cut up
    1 cup cooking oil (we used Canola
    2 cups sugar (we did 1 of each granulated and brown)
    3 cloves of garlic

Directions

bring all the ingredients but the peppers to a boil once it's at a boil add the peppers and cook for five minutes Do Not Overcook. You can pack jars in and cold pack a few minutes or you can just eat this right out of the pot

    Incredible!
    used 3 hot chili and red jalapeno mix seeds too, 6 sweet no seeds, 5 onions, 3/4 oil, 1.25 sugar and brown mix, and 2 garlic. not sure on quantities est is 2.5 quarts. will salt and use more garlic next time. Maybe a little more hot pepper. - 9/25/12
