Introduction

Took an awesome recipe from RDEPASS but made it low sodium with frozen corn and used dried beans and my own homemade salsa. Took an awesome recipe from RDEPASS but made it low sodium with frozen corn and used dried beans and my own homemade salsa.

Ingredients

    *Pasta, Elbows, Ronzoni SmartTaste, 14.5 oz
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 16 oz bag
    Beans, black, 2 cups
    maries low sodium salsa, 1 1/2 cup
    Green Peppers, 1 cup, chopped
    garlic powder 3 tsp
    cumin 2 tsp
    Mrs Dash Chipolte seasoning - dash

Directions

Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain rinse and put into large bowl.
Combine all ingredients with the pasta. Add seasonings to taste. Serve immediately or cover and refridgerate. Serve cool or room temp. Makes 25 1/2 cup servings.
