    Chopped head of lettuce
    green pepper
    onion
    celery
Then top this with the sugar
    Cover with cooked peas
Spread the 2 c. Mirical Whip Lite over the peas
    cut up hard boiled eggs
    cut up the bacon
    sprinkle with the cheese.

Directions

This salad I make in a 9 X 13 cake pan which has a lid so it will keep well in the Fridge. It usually makes 10 to 12 servings for us, depending on whether it is the whole meal (like lunch) or a side dish. I normally cook the bacon, then drain it and cool it, while I'm hard boiling the eggs. Then right before I mix it together, I cook the frozen peas and then drain and rinse them in cold water.
