Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef
1 can pink beans
1 can black beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can whole kernel (drained)
2 packs McCormick Chili seasoning mix
2 cans (28oz) crushed tomatoes
Directions
In a large pot, empty the cans of beans (complete with liquid), the drained corn and canned tomatoes. Slowly heat, stirring often.
Meanwhile, brown the beef, then drain off excess fat.
Add the chili seasoning mix to the beef, cook for about 1 minute before adding the whole meat mixture to the vegetables in the pot.
Bring the pot to a boil (stirring often), and then simmer for about 20 minutes (stir occasionally).
Serve with rice (white or brown), if desired.
Makes approximately 12 1-cup servings
