Ingredients

Ingredients
24 oz Honeysuckle White Italian style Ground Turkey
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1/4 cup BBQ sauce (I used Cookies Original)
4 tablespoons low-fat milk
1/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1.5 tablespoons Worcester sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat 8 muffin sheet/tins with cooking spray.
Mix turkey, egg, oats, parsley, milk, mushrooms, onion, salt, & pepper well
Mix BBQ sauce and Worcester sauce in a separate bowl
Fill muffin tins with meatloaf mixture evenly and evenly
Distribute the BBQ mixture onto the top of the mini meatloaves.
Bake the meatloaves until their internal temperature reaches 160°F, or about 30 minutes. Pour off fat before serving.
* I removed meatloaves from their muffin tins immediately to prevent additional excess fat from soaking back into the meatloaf. I’m not sure how necessary this step is, but it made me happy. Meatloaves should pop right out of their containers
