Ingredients

    24 oz. chicken, cooked & cubed
    1 pkg. McCormick Fajitas seasoning
    1/4 cup each green, red, yellow, orange bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
    1/4 salsa/picante sauce
    6 oz. pasta cooked
    (1-2 cups Mexican style shredded cheese (optional)---calories calculated with 1 1/4 cup mexican four cheese)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together (including most of cheese if using). Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake, covered, at 375 for 45 minutes. (uncover last 15 minutes if adding cheese). Makes 4 large servings.
