Introduction

One day I wanted soup, opened my fairly empty fridge and all I had was cabbage, onion, carrots and some white russet potatoes, minced garlic. Chopped it up added some chicken broth, water and slopped it all into my slow cooker and *vuala* a low calorie (but high sodium) Soup!
