Introduction

Almost like apple pie! Fast and easy! Almost like apple pie! Fast and easy!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Half of a medium sized apple (I use Gala but you may choose your favorite)

    .5 tsp of ground cinnamon

    .25 cup of Fat Free Cool Whip

Directions

Cut the apple into cubes or slices, whichever you prefer and put into a bowl

Spoon half a cup of fat free cool whip ontop of bowl

Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top

* If desired, put bowl into microwave and heat up until cool whip is soft...or just eat it cold!

** May add splenda to sweeten the recipe if you choose
