    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
    Cloves, ground, .25 tsp
    *Gelatin, Unflavored (Knox) - serving size 1/4 env,, 1 serving
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, 2 cups
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    *milk, coconut milk unsweetened,1/2 cup
    Stevia, 4 packs
    *100% Libby pure pumpkin, 2 Tbsp

Directions

COMBINE ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN THE BLENDER TIL SMOTH AND DRINK THIS MAKES A LARGE SHAKE.

    Yummy! This one looks great. We'll definitely be making these. My daughter loves pumpkin shakes, however I have heard that the ones she likes from a prominent health drink store exceeds 1000 calories! This will be a fantastic alternative. I'll probably use Splenda since I have a big supply. TY - 10/15/10
