Ingredients



    * Scrambled Egg, 10 large
    * *Italian Sausage, sweet 1 lb.
    * Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup
    * Canned Diced potatoes (1/2 cup serv), 5 serving
    * *Cheese-Mozzarella-Shedd.-Hillandale Farms (1/4c. serv), .75 cup
    * *Hillandale Farms Colby Jack Cheese, .75 cup

Directions

Cook sausage in one skillet till no longer pink
drain grease

scramble all eggs in another large skillet
when no longer runny add potatoes and mushrooms
cook till heated thru
add sausage and stir well

top with cheese ( can cut some cals using less cheese)
salt and pepper to taste (not in calorie count)

makes 8 1 -1/2 cup servings
