    *Trader Joes, Plain non fat yogurt, 6 oz (remove)
    Hellmann's , Light Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp, .50 serving (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp (remove)
    *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields (remove)
