Ingredients

    2 oranges
    1/4c water
    1/2 c sugar
    1/2 c white vinegar
    1/4 c soy sauce
    2T asian seasoning mix
    1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
    pepper black
    3 garlic cloves
    2 3 oz pkg ramen noodles any flavor
    1 bag stir fry vegetables
    3 c sliced green cabbage

Directions

zest one orange to measure 1 T. juice both oranges to measur half a cup. combine zest juice water sugar vinegar soy sauce and seasoning mix and whisk well.

cut up chicken into 1 inch peices and grill. set aside and keep warm.

ad pressed garlic to skillet cook for 30 seconds.omit seasoning packed add ramen noodles and orange mixture to skillet cover and simmer 4 minutes or until softened add stir fry veggies and cabbage cook another 4 minutes add chicken to skillet and mix well to coat.
