    4 chicken breasts
    70g breadcrumbs (Paxo)
    1 egg


1. Pre-heat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6

2. Cut the chicken into strips

3. Put the breadcrumbs in a bag or pot with a lid for shaking

4. Beat the egg in a large bowl and add the chicken pieces (in batches). Transfer the chicken to the breadcrumbs and shake to coat evenly

5. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
