Introduction

This is a cross between carrot salad and waldorf salad. This is a cross between carrot salad and waldorf salad.

Ingredients

    1 med apple chopped
    12 oz. crushed pinapple (in juice) partially drained
    1 C. grated Carrot (I used the stuff in the bags from the produce section, chopped a bit more)
    1 lg stalk celery chopped fine
    1/2-3/4 small box raisins
    1/2 C chopped walnuts
    1/2 C. reduced fat sour cream
    Dash Nutmeg
    Splenda to taste

Directions

There's not really anything to it. Just throw it all in a bowl and mix well. Add nutmeg and Splenda to taste.
