Ingredients

    3 lb Beef chuck, arm pot roast
    1/2 bag Baby Carrots, raw
    1 large baking potato (cut into sm chunks)
    2 bottles of dark beer
    1 can diced tomato
    1 can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp Thyme, ground
    1 packet brown gravy mix
    1 large Onions (cut into chunks)
    1 pkg button mushrooms
    2 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
    1/2 package frozen peas
    3 cloves of garlis (pressed)
    1/2 cup Flour
    1 Tbsp Black pepper, black
    1 Tbsp Seasoned Salt

Directions

Shake beef chunks in four and put on bottom of crock pot.

Mix all ingredients in crock pot, except peas.

Cook on low for 8 hours. Thaw green peas and add them.
