    Melba Toast Ground

Directions

Slice mushrooms
Place in dutch oven. Add enough beef broth to cover onions and mushrooms halfway. Simmer on medium until broth has evaporated and onions and mushrooms are soft.

Grind Melba toast fine in a food processor.
Mix seasonings lean ground beef (93% or higher) melba toast and milk form into patties.

In a skillet on medium brown patties on both sides and add remaining beef broth and onion and mushroom mixture cook until patties are done. Serves six counts as one meat and one vegetable serving. Yummy.
