Ingredients

    1/3 cup solid white tuna (in water, drained)

    1/2 cup canned sliced green beans (drained)

    1-2 tablespoons of chopped onion (nutrition accounts for 1)

    1 small slice (30 grams) of whole wheat bread

    dried, ground oregano, to taste

    ground black pepper, to taste

    salt, to taste

    two large lettuce leaves (iceberg)


Directions

tear or cut the bread into small pieces

in a microwave-safe bowl, combine all ingredients, except for the lettuce

use a fork to mix it together, and to flake the tuna

microwave for a 45 seconds to a minute

when the stuffing has cooled off a little, place half of the mixture into each lettuce leaf

roll the leaves like you would an eggroll wrapper (or tortilla), and secure with a toothpick



**makes one serving.

***you can also substitute different vegetables besides green beans
