Need ingredients below and a zip lock bag and a pan of boiling water.

Ingredients

    1 Large Egg
    1 Large Egg White
    1/2 C Low Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    2 Large Mushrooms Caps sliced thin.
    2 TBSP Chopped Chives
    2 TBSP Chopped Parsley
    Seasoning to taste

Directions

One serving
Bring a large pan of water to a boil.
Mix all ingredients together and then pour into a zip lock bag.
Place bag in boiling water and cook for 12 minutes.

    My mom had these at a relative's on Christmas morning and she just raved about them. You can add whatever ingredients you want, or make up a kind of bar of ingredients and everyone can make their own. Great for camping, too. - 5/16/12
