    Canola Oil, 3 1tsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Heavy Whipping Cream, .75 cup, whipped (remove)
    Water, tap, 5 fl oz (remove)
    Baking Powder, .5 tsp

Directions

HEAT OVEN TO 450*
ADD 2 TBSP OIL TO IRON FRYING PAN AND PLACE IN HOT OVEN TO HEAT
COMBINE DRY INGREDIENTS.
ADD EGG AND REMAINING OIL.
WHEN A DROP OF BATTER ADDED TO THE PAN SIZZLES ADD THE BATTER AND BAKE FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES.
