    Unsalted Beef Stock - 2 liters
    Contadina Crushed Tomatoes w/Herbs - 28oz can
    85% Ground Beef, 1.25 lbs
    Shredded carrots - 6oz
    Zucchini - 2 small
    Summer Squash - 1 med
    Green Beans, fresh - 6oz


Add Beef Stock to Stock Pot. Cook ground beef in a frying pan. Drain fat from ground beef, add beef to stock pot. Add all vegetables to stock pot. Simmer for a few hours. Divide into 8 containers (2 cups each).
