Ingredients

    1/2 cup green bell pepper chopped
    1/2 cup red sweet pepper chopped
    1 cup onion chopped
    1-2 teaspoons minced garlic
    chopped parsley
    1 small can diced tomatoes
    1 small can diced tomatoes with jalapeno peppers
    1 small package sliced mushrooms
    1/2 lb. bay scallops (raw)
    1/2 lb. shrimp (cooked or raw)



Directions

In saucepan or electric skillet, put in 1 Tblsp. Olive oil and 1 Tablespoon butter or margerine. When hot, add peppers, onion, garlic and parsley and cook until tender. Add tomatoes and cook 10 minutes. In the meantime, in a bowl, put your scallops and squeeze 1/2 a lemon onto them. Toss with mushrooms and set aside. Also start your spaghetti. To the sauce, add the scallops, mushrooms and shrimp and cook 5-10 more minutes or until scallops and shrimp are done. Serve over spaghetti or rice. Serves 4 to 6 people.
