Ingredients

    Mix in blender:

    Approx 1/2-3/4 c water
    Juice of one orange
    1 tsp fresh chopped ginger
    1/2 cup of cubed pumpkin (raw no skin)
    1/2 cup cubed sweet potato (raw no skin)
    few drops of stevia (optional)
    1/2 tsp cinamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    4 pitted dates

Directions

Blend it up at highest speed to liquify.

This is delicious.
