Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 t baking powder
    2 eggs
    3/4 cup evaporated non fat milk
    1t each cinnamon, ginger
    1/2 t nutmeg
    1/4 t salt
    1 T honey
    3 T splenda brown sugar
    1/2 cup pumpkin
    1/4 cup safflower oil

Directions

Combine eggs, milk, pumpkin, oil, and sugars. In a separate bowl combine all dry ingrediants. Heat Waffle iron and spray with non stick cooking spray.

Bake according to manufacturers instructions.
