Ingredients

    cooking spray
    carrots
    onion
    garlic
    cabbage
    cauliflower
    broccoli
    green beans
    canned tomatoes diced
    tomato paste
    dried basil
    dried oregano
    kosher salt

Directions

Bring broth to boil. Spray dutch oven with cooking spray and heat on medium high. Add carrots, onion, garlic and cook for 5 minumtes. Add all the remaining ingredients except the zucchini and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce the heat to Medium and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the beans are tender. Add zucchini and cook until tender. Serve and enjoy.
