    4oz Tilapia filet
    1 cup zuccini
    1 cup squash
    1 tsp mrs. dash original
    1 tbls kraft zesty fat free italian dressing

Directions

put Tilapia in baking dish, add zuccini, squash, Mrs dash, and Kraft zesty fat free italian dressing. bake on 400 for 20 minutes or until veggies are tender. serves 1
