Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    one boil in bag whole grain brown rice (2 cups cooked)
    2 cups peas (I prefer frozen but anything works)
    chopped onion (to your taste)
    4 TBSP soy sauce


Directions

cook rice as directed and drain
put rice back into same pan it cooked in (after you dump the water) saves on dishwashing :)
add peas, onion, and soy sauce and stir together

*when I use frozen peas, I add them to the same pan while cooking rice - great timesaver

makes 4 servings / 1 cup each
