Ingredients

25 g. frozen banana (I slice and then freeze bananas)
2 Tablespoon old fashioned oats
11 g. whey protein isolate
1/2 Tablespoon cocoa powder
1 T s.f. coconut syrup or 10 g shredded coconut (Not incl. in nutrition facts. Would add additional fat and calories)
3 g. chia seeds
2/3 C. unsweetened almond milk
5 g. almond butter
4-6 ice cubes
a tiny bit (about 1/8 t.) each of guar gum and xanthan gum (optional--will thicken the smoothie)
6 drops liquid stevia or non calorie sweetener of your choice
Directions
Throw everything into a blender (I use a Vita-Mix). Blend until smooth.
