Ingredients

    *Brunswick Sardines in Mustard & Dill Sauce, 1 tin
    *avacado, 2 oz
    *Wonder Bread Smart White 2 slices, 1 serving

Directions

Toast bread.
Smash 1 oz each avacado into toast.
Smash 1/2 tin of fish on each toast. Be sure to add the sauce from the tin on top of each open faced sandwich.

Serves 1 hungry person, or share with someone for a snack. Calories listed are as if its for ONE person.

Wonder Bread Smart White is being used for calcium purposes, otherwise please do substitute your favorite bread.
