    Mustard Greens, 3 cups canned, chopped and drained
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Bacon grease, 2 tsp
    salt and pepper to taste


melt bacon grease in hot skillet, add onions and garlic until softened. add greens and cook until the liquid has evaporated.
