I make these for my kids holiday parties. Everyone loves them. Use between 5 and 6 quarts of popcorn. Nutrition info accounts for 6 quarts. I make them small (cupping my two hands). Ingredients

    3/4 cup light corn syrup
    1/4 butter
    2 teaspoons cold water
    2 5/8 cups powdered sugar
    1 cup marshmallows
    6 quarts air popped popcorn

Directions

1. In a (pam sprayed) saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients except the popcorn. Heat and stir until the mixture comes to a boil. Carefully combine the hot mixture with the popcorn, coating each kernel.

2. Grease hands with vegetable shortening and quickly shape the coated popcorn into balls before it cools. Wrap with plastic wrap and store at room temperature.

    Really liked these!! I got 30 out of my batch and they were pretty small. I cut the powdered sugar down a little too. VERY EASY!!! I found they didn't stick until you gave them a couple minutes to cool first. - 10/31/12
