Ingredients

    Jell-O Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Cheesecake Pudding Mix (dry), 2 oz
    Dean's Small Curd Cottage Cheese 1% Milkfat, 5 oz
    Milk, nonfat, 2 cup
    Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 2 tbsp
    Philadelphia fat free cream cheese, 7 serving
    Keebler Cinnamon Grahams, 4.5 serving
    Great Value No Sugar Added Cherry Pie Filling, 2.33 cup
    *Promise Fat Free Margarine, 6 tbsp
    Splenda 6 tsp.

Directions

Crush graham crackers while melting butter in microwave. Once butter is melted add the splenda and graham crackers to it and stir until well mixed. Spread evenly in 8X8 or round pan. bake in oven for 10 minutes. While baking crust prepare cheesecake mixture. In blender add 2 cups milk, 8 oz cream cheese, 5 oz. of cottage cheese, 2 tbsp sour cream and dry pudding mix two small boxes cheesecake flavored. Blend on whip until smooth but not real runny. Pour into pan on top of crust. Set in refrigerator to chill for 2 hours and then add cherry topping. This is a simple and delicious dessert! Makes 6 servings or if you make it in smaller or larger pans it can make more or less servings just adjust the calories and other info to the serving size.
