Ingredients

    1 pound beef round steak
    1 tsp Ground ginger
    1 Sween N' Low (or Splenda)
    1 cup Soy sauce
    1 cup Teiryaki sauce
    4 stalks of Green onions
    4 Celery stalks
    3 Broccoli heads

Directions

Cut steak into bite size pieces
Cut green onions & celery in bite size pieces and put meat & onions/celery in crock pot.

Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl, mix and pour over meat in crock pot.
Cook in crock pot on low for 6-8 hours.
Just before serving steam the broccoli and serve.

    This recipe is good but has a very strong flavor. It was overpowering to my kids. So when I make it again I won't leave it in the crockpot for even half as long and I will serve the meat over rice or noodles. - 9/28/07
