Introduction

This is my adaptation using Hodgson Mill Multigrain cereal. Is using another brand or type, nutrition will be different. This is my adaptation using Hodgson Mill Multigrain cereal. Is using another brand or type, nutrition will be different.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    2 cups cold water
    2/3 cup Hodgson Mill Multi Grain Hot Cereal with Milled Flaxseed and Soy
    1 large banana, chopped
    1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
    4 packets Splenda

Directions

Cook cereal in cold water according to package directions, stirring often and watching closely so it doesn't boil over. It takes about 5 minutes total. Remove from heat. Add banana, walnuts and Splenda. Stir well. Divide equally in 3 bowls and serve or cover and refrigerate for later. Makes 3 servings, about 1 cup each.
