Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    This is a way to use up fresh zucchini out of the garden. Or make this with store bought.

    1 cup shredded zucchini

    4 tbsp shredded onion

    1 cup shredded cheddar

    3/4 cup light mayo

    1 tbsp lemon juice

    2 tbsp garlic powder

    dash each salt/ pepper (optional I don't use it)


Directions

shredd the veggies and squeeze out all extra water. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate atleast 2 hours. May be made ahead of time and refrigerated over night. Also to cut the fat you could use fat free mayo/cheese if you wanted to. Serve this with crackers/veggies!!!!!!!
