Introduction

These have been a favorite of our family's for years. Anyone I make it for raves about them and it is so easy to make! These have been a favorite of our family's for years. Anyone I make it for raves about them and it is so easy to make!

Ingredients

    -4 thick cut pork chops
-2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    -3 tblsp of minced onion

Directions

1. Salt and pepper both sides of the chops and then sear both sides of pork chops in a pan (don't cook them, just get color on the sides) then remove to crock pot.
2. empty soup into skillet and scrape browned bits and stir until soup is heated.
3. Add the minced onion, stir and then pour over the pork chops in the crock pot.
4. Sprinkle with a pinch of sage and set crockpot on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6.

These are delicious with my mock mashed potato recipe. The soup makes its own gravy so if you like gravy, you might want to throw another can in there. The nutritional info is good for two cans though.
