Ingredients

1lb Sirloin Steak, cut into small chunks
1lb ground sirloin
1lb ground sausage, chorizo works best
20 oz diced tomatoes, RoTel is great
1 cup corn
6oz tomato paste
1 large Red Pepper
1 large Orange Pepper
1 Pablano Pepper
4 Green Chillis
2 Habanero Peppers
2 Tbsp Paprika
3 Tbsp Chilli Powder, mix and match your favorites
1 Tbsp Cumin
1 cup red wine
1/2 cup brown sugar
Water to desired consistency
Directions
Brown all meat and put into slow cooker or crockpot
dice red and organge pepper and add to crockpot
dice 2 green chillis and half pablano pepper and add to crockpot
Take hablano peppers, other green chillis and other half of pablano pepper and put in an blender
Add tomato paste, red wine, and water to blender and liquify mixture
Add diced tomatos and corn to crockpot, along with the paprika, cumin, chilli powder, and brown sugar
Add tomato paste mixture to crockpot mix thoroughly.
Set crockpot for 5 hours, enjoy,
