Super juicy burger! Super juicy burger!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 lbs ground turkey
    1 lb ground beef (I used angus extra lean)
    2 whole large eggs
    2 tbsp dijon mustard
    1 tbsp ketchup
    2 tbsp onion powder
    2 tbsp granulated garlic
    1 tbsp chives (or onions if you like)
    1 tsp kosher salt (optional)
    1 tbsp freshly cracked black pepper
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    1.5 tsp crushed red pepper
    3 garlic cloves, minced

Directions

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Prepare grill by cleaning any left over residue and oiling grate.
Over medium heat, grill patties about 10 minutes on each side or until meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F.
