Introduction

You can use any fish you like for this recipe. No white wine..use cider vinegar, rice vinegar or white vinegar. Yummy and easy. You can use any fish you like for this recipe. No white wine..use cider vinegar, rice vinegar or white vinegar. Yummy and easy.

Ingredients

    12 oz. Cod (fish)
    1 tbsp. Olive Oil,
    .5 cup chopped green onion (spring onion)
    1 fl oz. White Wine,
    1 tbsp. Dill weed, dried,
    1 clove Garlic,
    dash Pepper, black,

Directions

Heat oven to 200C (this is correct)
Brush 4 pieces of foil with oil.
Place individual serving of fish on each foil.. Divide onions and garlic between them.
Over each, sprinkle 1 tbsp white wine, generous pinch of dill weed and twist of black pepper.
Seal each packet tightly and place on a baking sheet.
Bake in oven to 25 minutes.
