Ingredients

turkey bacon
morning star sausage patties
eggs
american cheese
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Use a muffin pan, and spray pam in each cup you intend to use.
Microwave your frozen sausage patties for about 30-40 seconds, until you can break them apart but they're not completely done.
Wrap a piece of turkey bacon (uncooked) around the inside of each cup.
crack an egg into the cup.
Bake for 20 m inutes, or until the white/yolk is set.
Put 1/4 piece of cheese on top of each egg cup and bake for another 2-3 minutes.
Let cool and slide out of the muffin tins. Eat or save for later!
