Ingredients

    * Onions, raw, 1 slice, large (1/4" thick) (remove)
    * Beef liver, 1 piece, cooked, excluding refuse (yi (remove)
    * Butter, salted, .25 stick (remove)

Directions

Sauteed large onion in butter. When limp, push onions to side of pan and saute liver. Flip liver when partially cooked. Smother liver with onions. Put cover on pan and continuing cooking until desired doneness.
