    * Yellow Cornmeal, 1.25 cup
    * *Flour, white, 1 cup
    * Baking Powder, 2.5 tsp
    * Soy Milk - Westsoy Organic Soymilk, 1 cup
    * Maple Syrup, 2 tbsp
    * Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
    * *Corn Oil, 2 tbsp


Heat a skillet over medium heat.. When hot, mix wet and dry ingredients and pour into skillet. Bake skillet in oven at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
