1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
8 oz water
2 c. chicken broth
10 oz frozen mixed vegetables
12 oz Whole Grain extra wide noodles (Ronzoni Hea;thy Harvest)
Directions
Mix all liquids in crock pot. Add chicken. Cook on high 3-4 hours.
Shred chicken with 2 forks.
Add noodles, cook 30 minutes longer. Add vegetables, cook 15 minutes.
