Ingredients

    Light Country Crock Spread 5 Tbsp
    Flour 5 Tbsp
    Milk 1% 3 Cups
    Chicken Boulion Cubes 1 1/2
    Grated Cheese 7oz 2% Cheddar Cheese
    Mushrooms 1 can
    Spinach 1 Bag of Fresh Baby Spinach
    White Albacor Tuna (In water) 1 Large can drained
    Penne Pasta Barilla Whole Wheat 1 box
    Panko 1/4 cup

Directions

Cook and drain Pasta according to directions on package and return to pot you boiled it in. While pasta is cooking add in a sauce pan 5 tbsp margerine and 5 tbsp flour to make a rue. Add in slowly while stirring 3 cups of milk. Add 1 1/2 chicken flavored boulion cubes, 1/2 block of grated cheese unitl melted. After cheese is melted att in bag of baby spinach and can of mushrooms. Cook until spinach is soft and shrinks. Add 1 can of tuna, stir. Add creamy mixture into cooked and drained pasta and stir until well mixed. Fold into casserole dish or baking pan. Top with remaining cheese and panko. Bake until top is golen brown in a 350 degree pre-heated oven. Approx 25 minutes. Makes 9 servings.

    This is a wonderful treat. I don't get seafood as often as I want so this is good to make and freeze for that special time I want a serving to eat. The flavors work well together.
