Introduction

Ingredients

    3 cups sugar
    3 cups flour
    1 cup canola oil
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 large (29 oz) or 2 small (15 oz) cans of pumpkin pie mix
    ***I usually use the smaller cans. That extra ounce of pumpkin makes all the difference.
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

I top mine with just a squirt of cream cheese icing, but it isn't necessary.
