Ingredients

    1 c chicken broth
    12 oz salsa
    12 oz sweet yellow corn
    3/4 lb. Ground Beef 93% Lean
    1 can Pinto beans
    1 can Black Beans
    Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix (1 packt
    Old El Paso Chili Seasoning (1) Packet
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. Chopped green onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper

Directions

Brown Ground Beef. Drain off any fat. Add seasonings and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer. Add to crock pot with all remaining ingredients. Cook on low 3 hours. Makes 7 8oz servings
