Ingredients

    3 cups Carrots, chopped
    3 cups Beets, chopped
    4 cups potatoes, diced
    2 cups Lean Stewing Beef, cubed
    1.5 cups white flour
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tbsp seasoning salt
    2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
    12 cups water
    2 cup corn, frozen
    2 cup peas, frozen

Directions

Preheat slow cooker with lid on high.
Chop all ingredients before browning meat.
In a small bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper and seasonings. Coat beef in flour mixture. In skillet, brown beef. Toss all ingredients into slow cooker. Cover. Let cook 4-6 hours on high-medium heat. Stew is ready when root veggies are soft.
