Introduction

Ingredients

    Butternut squash - 5 cups cubed
    sweet potato - 2 cups cubed
    3 leeks sliced thin
    1 large onion diced
    3 cloves garlic diced
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. canola oil

Directions

In large covered saute pan, sautee onion, leek, & garlic in canola oil until translucent. add salt, squash, & sweet potato. Stir well. Cover pan & let cook on medium low flame until vegetables are soft.
