Ingredients

    22 oz can clams w/ juice
    3 small potatos
    3 tbsp butter
    3 slices uncured bacon, fried
    1 cup water
    1 cup chicken broth
    3 cups half and half

Directions

crisp the bacon, remove grease and bacon from soup pot. peel and dice potatoes. use juice from can of clams, boil potatos for about 10 minutes, till cooked. add onion, garlic powder, and bacon with 3 tbsp potato starch mixed in. bring to boil on med to med high heat. add 1/2 and 1/2, stir until warmed through add clams. Do not boil with clams in, it will make them tough. Simply warm through and serve.
