Introduction

This is a great way to use up your leftover turkey. This is a great way to use up your leftover turkey.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can Apple Pie filling
    3/4 cup fresh cranberries, divided
    12 oz. Honeysuckle White Turkey Breast Tenderloin, cooked and cubed (or leftover white meat turkey)
    1 box Stove Top Stuffing, low sodium Chicken flavor - prepared according to package directions (or 3 cups leftover stuffing)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously spray a 9x7 baking pan with cooking spray. Spread apple pie filling in bottom of pan. Evenly sprinkle 1/2 cup of cranberries over pie filling. Evenly spread out the turkey meat over the cranberries and apple pie filling. Spread the Stove Top over the turkey. Sprinkle remaining cranberries over the Stove Top. Cover casserole with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes more or until heated through.
