Introduction

This is a twist on my mom's home made soup, whenever I am feeling sick there is no other soup that makes me feel as good as this on. This is a twist on my mom's home made soup, whenever I am feeling sick there is no other soup that makes me feel as good as this on.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    * Chicken Drumstick, (1 lb ready-to-cook)
    * Water, tap, 12 cup (8 fl oz)
    * Onions, raw, .25 large
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 tomato
    * Ajiaco - Mixed Tropical Vegetables, 6 serving
    (1 Bag of 1.5 lb)
    * Noodles (Fideos) for Soup, 1 oz
    * Salt, 1 tsp

Directions

In Pressure Cooker add oil, wait for it to heat up.
Once oil is hot add garlic and onion.
Once onion looks clear add tomato cut into 4, salt and chicken.
Brown the chicken with other ingredients.
Add 12 cups of water and seal pressure cooker.
Put stove-top on high and wait for the steam to start coming out of the pressure cooker.
Once this starts to sound, reduce heat to medium and allow to cook for 25 minutes.
Once 25 minutes are done turn off heat and let the steam naturally release until you are able to unlock and open pressure cooker.
Add bag of Ajiaco (Mixed Tropical Vegetables) and seal up in pressure cooker once again.
Put stove on High and wait for the pressure cooker to let out steam and make noise then reduce heat once again to medium, cook for 15 minutes.
Once time finishes turn off stove and let steam out.
Now add noodles and leave cooking on stove without lid on medium for 5 minutes or until noodles are cooked.

Serve with rice to make it a more filling meal.
